This is a hands-on PERFEX CRM course for Business Owners, Managers, and Employees. By completing the tasks and questions in this course, you will gain a solid understanding of PERFEX CRM’s core functionalities and how to leverage them to manage your customer interactions, sales pipeline, projects, task/employee management, billing, expenses, and more.
We do provide some videos and guides in the course that can be shared with sub-contractors, and employees with very limited system access, in this Course, and if need be, please feel free to contact us to disucss our to onboard your employees and clients.
This course contains videos, written explanations, interactive quizzes that have a 30-minute time limit, and a minimum pass mark. By reaching the minimum pass mark on quizzes, it means you understand enough to move forward, and learn about the feature in Perfex. You can redo a quiz as many times, as you like and you can view the answers, as well, to help you understand PERFEX and move forward in the least amount of time as possible.
This course can be completed within 30 hours, and access remains in place for up to one year.
